Welcome to my office! We saw the most amazing rainbow that I have ever seen the colors were so vibrant. This photo does no justice to how vibrant it really was. This is what I get paid to do for a living.
It would appear that Molly is standing in a key hole of sorts. Molly, Jordan, Bryce, Gill the dog all joined me for a day away from the heat and the river up in the La Sal mountains out of Moab, Utah.
The tube that runs under Owhaa Lake in the La Sal Mountains out of Moab.
Jordan has a strong resemblence to a sasquatch don't you think.
Molly going out on a limb. She never did fall in. Though the group of us did go swimming and man we swam that lake fast for fear of the hypotherm. You should have seen me in my Speedo. Oh So Hot.
Its Owhaa lake and I. The rest of the photo with the excception of the ones that I am in are some of my adventure photography shots. A littl hobby of mine. These first few are from Little Cottonwood 5 minutes from where I grew up at.
An unknown climber on the Sail in Little Cottonwood Canyon.
Marty with the Salt Lake valley in the background.
Marty plugging gear. Congradulations on getting married buddy. The rest of these are from a trip to Joes Valley. I was joinned by a few friends Mike and Tyler. Tyler was the reason I got so strong this past winter. Curse my competative streak. My fingers still haven't fully recovered.
The one shot of me on this particular trip. Sporting the former mohawk on a stout V9. It took me 3 attempts to send.
A few of our other friends that we work and play with. Shannon Spotting Mike on a V12 just up from "They call him Jordan!". No sends on this problem but good progress.
At this point our skin and muscles got tired and the heat got to us. Taking a break in the Mansize area. Tyler in blue putting on the shoes for another go and Mike just relaxing.
Mike in Joe's. Tough guy at 4 foot 9 inches pulling a long move for me on a V10.
Tyler slaps the jug on a V9 doing the right variation the harder of the two variations. Go Big Tyler! Anarchy Area in Joe's Valley. We totalled up the actual amount of time we spent bouldering and it came out to be about 13 total hours, OUCH!
The name is Marcus. I try to live for the experience and the story after. Most of the time I will be out and about on the water or up a route. I live in Salt Lake City, UT. The adventurous type or I like to think so. Other then that ask me or read it. Enjoy the blog or don't.
