Tis the season
As many of you know we have reached the time of the year where days start getting shorter. For may of us this is a dreaded time of the the year. For me it is this way for many reasons. The one that I am reffering to is the depression that comes with more darkness. Today it hit me. My clinically diagnosed depression is making a stand yet so to am I. This is my least favorite time of the year.

i love this time cause it means i can go to bed earlyer ya for sleep , thats my favirot thing to do. but if you feel that way some day like timmy said you have all of us to cheere you up , hope to see you this weekend.
when your feelin' down just give me a call champ, i'll try to cheer you up. Have a fun Halloween! I'm dressing up as a CRAZY gypsy! hope to see ya soon.
I'm with ya on loving sunshine. I'm not clinically diagnosed or anything, but I have had my darkness depression struggles. I have found the thing that helps me the most is making something else your winter sunshine. Like snowboarding, or snowshoeing to hot springs. In addition I always have to pick up a new indoor hobby. Like art, or a new musical instrument. Between those two things and either traveling or working as much as possible winter seems to be gone before I know it. Ok, I know this is a long comment...but one more thing. I think getting really into the holidays helps. I think there is a real benifit to having our "be thankful" and "give everyone presents" holidays in the most depressing time of year. Planning parties, thinking of clever gifts and decorating...I hardly have time to think, let alone notice what the weather is like.
