New favorite quote!.

“Life’s journey is not to arrive at our grave safely, in a well-preserved body, but rather to slide in sideways, totally worn out, shouting, “Man, what a ride!” Unknown

this quote kind of reminds me of something I heard a while ago where the lady was saying that when she is old she doesn't want to have soft pretty hands. She wants them to have dirt from the garden, paint stains from the grandkids and blah blah I can't remember...but you get the idea. I totally agree. Many people I know seem to take on the attitude of not doing things that will put wear and tear on your body (like some chiroprators I've had have told me not to climb, bike or backpack because of my back)but what the heak is the point of having nice working body parts if you aren't going to use them!
