Snow+Gravity+Two waxed planks= Good times
Today after a bit of bartering by my brother whom works at Bookoo energy drink (an evil and very vile drink) I got my skis and bindings joined together in harmony as one. Thanks tyler for getting me the free mounting! It was off to the slopes for some good old down hill velocity. I haven't skied in a few years so I am a bit akward at it for now. Yet, akward as i was I enjoyed myself immenslly. I rode my first rails and here is the amazing part I didn't fall once on the rails. Whoopyay! as Kori and Jo would say. I had a great time trying to keep up with my brother. He got a good chukle out of watching me take my one and only fall of the day in a exquisit little batch of powder. He then said to me and I quote " It is wierd to watch be akward at something for a change rather then excell at it." Well Tyler, to that I say give me two weeks and I promise I will start to drop cliffs. Well, that is if we get snow so that I am not dropping into big rocks. The one thing I learned about myself from today is that I have weak legs. They are still burning!
