Another Christmas bringing the same feelings of family dread. This was turning out to be a traditional Christmas of five minutes of socializing then disappearing into the bowels of what ever structure I happen to be being held captive in. This year was a little different in that there where far fewer siblings due to work schedule.
After the traditonal festivities my eldest brother and I vacated the premisiss to hes domicile in Sugar House, Salt lake City. The night brought alot of very mellow fun. Starting with Phillep whom is in town from Hunigton beach, California. We shot the breeze for a whaile before stepping out into the heave snow fall that would bring more then a foot of snow to most of the valley. We headed out to the house some of Phill's high school buddies. After much chatting and stories of a good friend whom passed many years past we stepped once again into the now shin deep snow to meet up with more of the crew that Matt(my eldest brother) lives with. A very good jam session between Matt and Phill and a few more hours later we set out on cross country skis through the streets of Sugar House long about midnight My self adorned in my verywarm puffy coat an American flag so Haus(one of Matts room mates) could get some photos in the flakes and street lights. Upon arriving at Mo's house and gorging our selves on left overs and watching youtube clips of the 1981 Disney cult classic(the group I was currently with being the cult) Condor Man. Once the gorging and distubance of Mo's family ended slidding once again through the clam flakes back to my brothers residence for more conversation and live music to wind down the night as we all trickeled off to our corners to slumber.
